(You can remind me I\u2019ve said this when I start waxing on about peas and cherry tomatoes and Fairy Tale eggplants.) But honestly, this little purple pac choi (aka bok choy) is simply stunning. We can\u2019t keep it at the farm stand for a minute, and I\u2019m hoping I\u2019ll get another round transplanted before it gets too hot. If you\u2019re interested in growing this ethereal veggie (sweet, crunchy, tangy and light), you can still order <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fedcoseeds.com\/seeds\/search.php?search=purple+pac+choi&amp;item=3264&amp;index=3\">seeds from Fedco<\/a> and plant it in the fall.<\/p>\n<p>Me, I think I\u2019d better start eating more of the stuff. The purple color is the result of anthocyanins, which supposedly improve memory.
